Center for Disabilities Studies – The mission of the Center for Disabilities Studies is to enhance the lives of individuals and families through education, prevention, service, and research related to disabilities. Council for Exceptional Children – International professional organization dedicated to improving the educational success of individuals with disabilities and/or gifts and talents. Delaware Helpline – A service which provides information on state government agencies and referrals to community resources. DELAWARE HELP!LINE now includes a state government information service that links callers to appropriate state offices, legislators and employees, and continues to provide needs assessment, problem resolution and referrals for callers with health or human service needs.  http://www.delaware211.org/

Family Shade – Connecting Children with Special Healthcare Needs with Community Resources. Family SHADE, the Family Support and Healthcare Alliance Delaware: A community dedicated to supporting families of children with disabilities and chronic medical conditions.  http://www.familyshade.org/
